Pocketful of .. Surprises!!!

Am actually contemplating on changing my blog's name; it sounds negative. Well I have to mention this last one week has brought a lot of changes in my attitude.

It all began with a Telugu film called Race Gurram; I don't know Telugu, but still I watched it because am an Allu Arjun fan. I used to wonder why are my friends and classmates are so particular about watching their favourite star's film first day first show; I mean why bunk class?? But this film made me realize the fact that how it feels to watch your favourite star's film in the Theatre!
But the journey does not end there, with me watching the Malayalam film 7th Day, the very next day! I am a fan of Prithviraj, but still the film was interestingly made. After Aurangzeb, Mumbai Police and Memories I was skeptical whether Prithviraj would again do a police role. And I was right, there were indications right from the first frame, which rendered shades of darkness to the character. Well Prithvi was simply wow!! But as a fan I would like to see Prithvi in characters, which do not have so much of dark shades in them.
Speaking of Malayalam films I forgot to mention 'Thira', which I watched sometime ago, wow it was a surprise!!!
A lady playing the hero and a guy playing heroine? No, it was not sarcasm, I was blown away by the intensity of the film, because it was a rare of indian cinema. But women-centric films are now a distinguishable trend here, Well the 'Queen', I solemnly swear I clapped during the climax of the film, The acting: how does Kangana do it yaar??
Looks like am in store for many more surprises, because I watched Hasee Toh Phasee, Parineeti and Siddarth, :) , Am by now tired of being surprised!!! But again there is no stop for surprises! :D
2 States: Offo!!! Being a Book loyalist I resisted watching, but hats of to Abishek Verman, What a great adaptation!!
And here comes the end to my surprise list , lekin fir bhi picture, bahut saare, abhi bakhi he mere dosth!

Never mind

One doesn't have to be a writer, to write! Its mildly surprising, that I, for a person who hates writing, am writing this.
Dynamics in our life takes it forward, but in my case its got a different impact. Never mind the impacts made by such trivial things. And hey I was watching news today and guess whats making waves? No, No, No, its not Kerry and Syria or NaMo and his birthday or Amma and her water; its the Onions!!
The economists and media are eagerly waiting for the Onions to hit a centuary ( Tendulkar eh??) and some idiots are dying to try onions from Afghanistan and Egypt; while the common man is busy removing onions from his budget!
Lo and behold! The King is here
